My BSNL Broadband line was taken out on Jan ****. Even after the disconnection got billed for the month of Feb, March and April. So, i lodged a complaint on the BSNL website with complaint number *********** and even talked to the SDO of the Kokar Branch regarding my issue, he is least insterested in resolving my issue and neglecting it. Yet no steps have been taken to resolve my issue. What kinda of services is this from BSNL.
