Hi,
I have purchased from Zudio Koramangala branch today at *pm. The queue was very long and there was only * counter open. There were * boys standing in front of me and * girls came along with them were purchasing when i was in the queue. Suddenly the girls came in front of me and they wanted to bill before my turn. I told them i came with my kid and i cant stand again for so long because those people have to bill so many cloths. I asked them to stand behind the queue. But they didnt do so and they blocked me. I have complained to the billing person and they didnt allow me to bill first. They allowed the girls to bill first and the girls were laughing at me. This kind of customer service is not acceptable from Zudio. Please take necessary action to educate the staffs about the ethics. I will never purchase from Zudio anymore.
