Zudio Bangalore - Some products were missing

The billings were not provided and the queue was and the products were missing from my bag which gave me a loss of***rupees.and this time I was dissatisfied because I was regular customer in zudio but this time the employees were negligent and they did not provide a bill in hand and it was sent to phone .
