Vodafone And Idea - Billed for fradulent call

Hello, I want to inform that through my phone an international call was placed without my knowledge.
I want to report this as fraudulent call.
VI message stated I have been charged Rs.****/- for this call, for which I have no intention of paying as it was not made by me directly. The total amount is coming close to *k. Request you to look into this matter.
