Reliance Smart Point - bill paid twice gpay pos but no refund till now

recently i purchased grocery from reliance smart point, aranmula branch, pathanamthitta dist, kerala state. however the amount was paid twice i.e by gpay first and then pos machine. i have the pos bill and gpay statement and the same was showed to the manager but no reply. kindly help.
