Vodafone And Idea - Bill Paid but Balance not received in SIM

I get my sim Ported from Jio to Vodafone and Idea from Vodafone and Idea Portal online and took plan of ***/- for sim and paid through my debit card on dated **.**.****, next day i received sim and after * days had activated but Balance not received till * Days, i called to call center of Vodafone and Idea, we could not do any thing please contact to agent and after talking with agent he is saying you paid directly to Vi company they will recharge your sim then again called to call center and mail also to vi company, but they are not solving still. dear sir we are Poor so Rs. *** is much for us. i pray to you please take the action on that
