I changed my prepaid connection to postpaid with a family pack of ***. I was getting reimbursement from my company after submitting the bill and the last date to do so is **th of every month. I have called the customer support more than ** times and spoke to supervisors but no use. I have not received my bill yet. Customer care executives are very unprofessional and incompetent.
Really disappointed that so-called India's largest network people cannot send a bill. Please take the necessary action.
