Jet Airways India - Benefits not received yet

I booked an international flight ticket with jet airways on **th February **** and also filled out the edujetter student benefit form on the same date post booking the flight. The website clearly says that ** hours after filling out the form, a confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email id with the following benefits:
*) Up to ** kgs baggage allowance
*) *% discount on base fare
*) *,*** additional bonus jpmiles
*) Baggage tagged and checked-in up to your final destination
*) Free international sim card with exclusive calling rates
*) Visa prepaid cards along with free isic cards
*) **% off on jetescapes holidays

However, I still haven't received any confirmation. Though I'm eligible to avail the offer. On calling customer care multiple times, I was told to make an additional trip to the airport, ** hours before boarding the flight to get just the baggage allowance and other benefits will not be provided for sure. This is just unacceptable. I also sent out emails asking for speedy action, but the customer care seems to relax and is taking their own sweet time.
