I became BigBasket daily member on Aug **th (mobile#**********), as I Became a member, BB daily Manager Mr. Anil Reddy (Ph # ***********) Called me and Promise to deliver a Bag within **-** days.
When contacted him after * month and told still not received the Bag, he told BAG will deliver within * days but it was not done.
The same continues till now after almost * months and around *-* calls, where He just fooling me by giving a false date but never kept the promise.
His assurance and giving false hope is affecting me mentally. Did not expected from an employee of a company like a big basket giving wrong promise and false assurance to the Customers.
Appreciate your support to get this issue resolved and get me the proper justice.
