bigbasket daily - Tortured by Company staff at Morning

I stated using bigbasket daily app for milk and grocery shopping. Last couple of days I started observing they are delivering half of the product and charging me full then I reach out to there customer care they accepted there mistake and redeliver the missed items . Very next day they delivered very bad quality of fruits then again I reach out to service center via chat again they accepted there fault and refunded me. But next day morning at *am his staff ring the bell multiple time and rush and open the door then he started arguing with me .. stating that he got penalised by his company just because of my complaint..My point is why as a customer I should face torture by BBDaily staff at *am in the morning where is my fault. I use there application for my convenience now I am getting tortured....
