bigbasket daily - Amount debited but order not processed

I was trying to buy a product from bigbasket. I made the payment online through my icici netbanking. But the money got debited and my order is still now processed by bigbasket. They said the payment failed but the money I had is debited from my bank account. Kindly look into this and give a resolution.
