Apple - Battery Replacement service damaged my phone

My iphone *S purchased in **** was working completely fine until in March **** I had battery issues and my phone was not charging. When I took it to the Indirangar Bangalore iPlanet, they said it was not charging because of dirt in the charging port. After diagnosis they also suggested that I need a battery replacement which was the only issue in my phone. I went ahead and replaced it. On the next day evening suddenly a light moved from right of the screen to the left and my touch stopped working. When I took it to the center they said it has nothing to do with the battery replacement. Since the battery is working fine they cannot do anything about it. I require to replace my display which could cost me **k. So I left it as it was not worth it but in * * days i observed that my phone would not charge. It shows a ***% battery but when disconnected from power source turns off immediately. After lockdown in June **th I contacted Apple support for the battery issue as I BELIEVE THAT MY PHONE SPOILT BECAUSE OF THE BATTERY REPLACEMENT. I told them I am in a different location now so they should help me diagonalize the issue and provide me the relief by replacing the damaged part of my phone. Now they say that there is a possibility of multiple hardware issues without even checking the phone and I have to incur the cost of diagnostics or the replacement would cost me **,*** plus. The market value of the phone is lower that the replacement cost that iphone offered. I want my phone to be fairly diagonised as i am sure that my phone has spoilt as a result of the battery replacement only.
