Dear sir/madam main ek saal pehle * axis Bank ka credit card use karta tha uska bill lene ke liye mere pass bank se ek ladka aata tha uska naam Mohit hai kuch emi late hone ki wajah se mera cibil bahut kam ho gaya tha to wo ladka mujhse bola aapka cibil bahut kam ho gaya hai ise main thik karwa duga iske badle **** rupay luga cibil ** din me thik ho jayega na uske kehne se cibil thik hua phir maine usse paise wapas maange pichle saal se yehi bolta hai ki saam tak de duga aur saam ko call karo to call nhi uthata mujhe baad me pata chala usne mere saat froud Kiya kya pata kis kis se is tarah froud Kiya hoga maine **** rupay kisi se loan lekar diye the jiska mujhe bahut dukh hai please main chahta hu uske khilaf kanooni kaarwahi ho jisse wo kisi aur ke saat Aisa na kare aur mujhe nyay mili dhanyawad my number...**********. Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
