I'm swiggy delivery boy and I was doing well with swiggy and every time my payout was adjusted through the cash I had on cash on delivery. Later on **st December **** I had earned **** around something and I got sick next day and i didn't went online for job and I had to pay for my medicine and I was doing it online from Google pay or Paytm i scanned the QR code and it says you don't have sufficient fund to make this payment later I checked that I only had * rs in my account but I saw in my swiggy partner app that my payout was transferred to my bank account and then I check account statement and there no transaction of **** that day or after that day I waited till *rd and I check my swiggy app and later check my personal info about bank detail and saw I had a account that was not mine and raised ticket about it.. someone from swiggy called and and told me that amount was transferred to your account that day was successful and i told her that's not my account so she told me to give her my account so she can update it I asked her who updated this details about my account. I never had a account in Bank of india i only have account in Bank of Baroda anf ICICI Bank she told me I have provided details to them to update and i told her that from the day i created my account I never updated any personal details it was same as I gave them early I never changed anything. She just asked me to give them my account details so they can update so I did it and gave them my account details. Later someone from swiggy called me again and told me that your account details has been updated I asked him same question and he talked to me rudely and didn't reply me and hung up. I then remember that maybe earlier I had another bank transfer from swiggy of maybe around *** what about that.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
