Make my trip - Bali package not refunded

I booked a package to Bali for the month of May-** under booking reference NL*************, which was suspended due to the outbreak of COVID-**. I paid half of the amount of package i.e. ***** Rs.
After that, since the month of Dec ****, I sent email to the different stakeholders of MMT; also I called "Ritika Rani ( ritikarani@makemytrip.in ), a sales person in MMT but I never get a proper response from them. Ritika told that we will return **,*** Rs but that day never came and most of the time she didn't picked up my call.
