Air India - baggage ticket Refund

Myself, my wife and my son were travelling to Riyadh from Ahmedabad. We had an excess of one bag extra and Air India charged us ***** INR upto Riyadh. but air India staff issued the manual ticket for the Extra one baggage. Air India staff told us at the counter that you still need to do re-checking at Mumbai airport. My connecting flight from mumbai to Riyadh was a saudi ariline.
The Saudi airline did not accept the manual excess baggage ticket as it was not showing in their electronic system. they do not accept manuals hence we paid again for the one excess bag. same i have communicated to air india counter but they miss behave with me and ask us to get money refund from Ahmedabad air india. why i have to go to ahmedabad? staff was not so practical and do not understand customer inquire well.

Before traveling from ahmedabad, the counter of Air India staff told us that your entire one excess baggage is paid upto Riyadh and if you get trouble then we will refund you the entire amount.
I request you to refund the entire amount with the same card which I paid from. I have paid twice for the same baggage due to the mistake of Air India.
