Passenger name- Ajit Nair.
I am his daughter. Recently, on *th of April ****, he had boarded flight from Mumbai for Dubai in Spicejet Airlines. During the baggage check-in, he was told to remove power bank from his bag and he did so. He reminded staff to load in his baggage. After reaching Dubai, he didn't receive his baggage. After which, my mom tried several times to contact customer executive but in vain, they are not able to connect and send the baggage to Dubai. Customer Executive Lady said we will call you. But we haven't received any calls. Apparently, it seems that baggage is lost or stolen. Its totally pathetic and irresponsible. In the baggage, dad's clothes and other important things were there. We want our baggage or give us compensation for it. I will make sure we never fly through spicejet again. Totally unforgivable.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
