Our * bags arrive (very late) and ALL of their locks are broken. One bag had a key lock, the zip was broken, the other two had in built number locks, they were broken as well. The bags were frisked and searched. We spoke to the CISF/airport security team there and they did not inform us about any security issue with our bags. The SpiceJet ground staff were hopelessly unhelpful and especially Ms. Raheen Khan was showing us such a negative attitude. They REFUSED to give us a resolution or compensation at the airport because they have a "process" they have to follow. We noted the complaint down and got a signature from them, attached here.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
