I travelled from flight *e **** from delhi to bangalore on ** april. the flight was delayed by *.* hours and shown as departed while on airport itself. my baggages are not loaded on the flight and hence not reached bangalore. I was assured that the baggages will be delivered by ** april EOD and the same was confirmed on call also on **th April however until now the baggages are not delivered and every day Indigo says they have handed over to delivery partner.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
