Indigo Airlines - Baggage not delivered

My father and me were traveling from Amritsar to delhi Last morning .we landed Delhi Airport by * am in morning and right after that we moved to collect our luggage, we scanned and deposited * bags at Amritsar airport but at Delhi airport we received only one bag ... immediately after not finding our other bag we complained indigo desk counter at the airport ,but the staff behaviour was so casual dat dey didn't even listen to what we were saying rather they were busy doing their own gossips... the flight we were travelling through was further connected to bhuvneshwar .I shouted to check my luggage at the flight if it's kept dre only mistakenly by them but they guranteed me dat dey'll deliver my luggage by evening in hotel itself at any cost as i have to board another train next morning !! I also asked them if i can stay at airport only till d time I get any information abt my luggage but de said I can't wait for dat long at the airport so I immediately book a hotel and moved out there .. it was mu father's bag dat was lost n his medicines were kept inside dat bag . He's high bp patient n I mentioned dem if they can deliver our bag by evening else we would buy medicines for him but dey assured dat dey'll deliver d bag by * in evening . After dat i kept on calling dem but dre was no response from their side, I complained at customer care number also but dey did nothing except informing me to wait for something to happen .... time was moving fast n I started worrying as my father had nothing to wear nor his medicines were not with him ... i got panic n started approaching Amritsar airport to check if my bag was left with dem only ... They co-opreated with me n immediately checked everything n informed me dat my baggage was loaded in same flight we were travelling ... i was not finding any other way except calling Delhi airport indigo desk and indigo customer care number again n again ...but there was no clear response from dem . One time dey say its loaded in another flight and sometimes dey say some other customer has taken ur luggage n v r not able to contact dat customer .... whole day v were busy guiding dem what to do n what not to do they did nothing n till now also no response is given by dem !!! They r not providing me with the bag nor dey r ready to claim for it ... there are imp documents in my bag moreover my debit credit card and little cash is also dre n most imp my father medicines is inside that bag only ... I literally beg for some help for their side but d only thing dey always answered is ," Mam u have to wait ". Its more than ** hrs now Delhi Airport indigo desk is not accepting my call nor informing me anything!!!please help me with dis ...
