Hello, I flew from Bangalore to Patna on **th of December, **** along with my mom. Please note the PNR for my ticket was B*RZ*L (since our tickets were separately booked). We were originally supposed to be travelling onboard *E-*** and *E-*** to Patna but unfortunately *E-*** got cancelled. Due to our pressing engagements the next day, we were provided *E-*** the very same day as an alternative which was very nice of the ground staff there at Bangalore Airport. However, upon landing in Patna, one of the bags was not found. We duly lodged a PIR at the airport and were asked to wait until we hear again within ** hours which never happened. Despite making numerous calls and several follow ups with Indigo staff at the Patna Airport and presumably the baggage department at Gurgaon, all I am left with are misleading and incorrect status updates about the baggage. It has been * days since I travelled and over ** hours since I raised a complaint myself at customer care. Not to forget the PIR I had filed at the Patna airport with Indigo staff. I am yet to receive a single call from any Indigo staff regarding my lost baggage. Instead I have spent hours enquiring over call to customer care, Gurgaon and Patna airport regarding the same. I had very important medical documents related to the procedure my mother had undergone just a week ago along with valuables. This has caused a lot of mental trauma for us since my mother is ailing and we don't have any other option but to go back to Bangalore and get all those reports again. My mother is ** years old with heart condition and diabetes and this issue has delayed the further treatments indefinitely. Request you to take stern action against these airlines for such gross negligence and unaccountability. Even as I raise this complaint, I have no idea where my bag is.
