Indigo Airlines - Baggage mishandled and overcharged

This is the height of limit. Rules apart and I am very well aware. On the counter, I was immediately asked for *kg excess payment I was willing for * kgs she clearly said I am asking for * kgs for check-in baggage, not the handbag. The agent got busy without sorting my problem out. I switched to another counter where I was cheated and got charged for ** kgs extra after I was asked to shuffle luggage without any reason. I trusted her and she came up with ** kgs extra. Supervisor whispered in her ears lets get ** kgs amount from him, not *kg. I was also asked to submit * handbag though it contained fragile items. They said we don't care and kept on going for ** kgs where there was some miscalculation and senior Kalpana offer me * kg waiver which was not actually it was due to the wrong calculation. My brother got annoyed I asked him to move to the security gate I will follow. Those * ladies forced me to pay **** after throwing my handbag of fragile items which was not tagged as fragile. In fear of missing flight, I paid **** and moved on taking their names Kalpana, Nayyar (who was fraud) and Sushmita. Who never cared about my problem. Indigo please take action, my handbag items were damaged but at least refund my **** bucks. I would also request strict action against these * pnr mentioned already.
