With referees to above, we are really very disappointed with the Air India Team and the working culture of air India staff.
No one is bother to reply or answer to any of my emails and calls. And my whole India trip has spoiled by air India due to delay flights and baggage lost. This was my big mistake to travel by AIR INDIA.
Any way I will not repeat the mistake again to select AIR INDIA.
