I would like to report lost baggage due to the airline delay my flight SG-** scheduled (**th Dec****) to depart from Delhi Airport at **:** took off around **:** pm in the night and arrival time was *:** am (BKK time) but actual arrival time *:** am (**th Dec ****). Now because of this delay, I had to rush for my next flight AC-** Air Canada from Bangkok to Vancouver and in a hurry, as it was taking time to get the luggage, I left my check-in back at Bangkok airport.
I want to mention that I had raised the complaint for the same with SpiceJet authority on **th Dec **** and to date haven’t heard back from them, on calling they just informed me about sending an email and so far, no revert.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
