Ameya Karnad filed complaint against Air India on Oct 11, 2019
I was travelling from Mumbai to Singapore via Air India, and they lost one of my baggage since their ground crew was too busy in flirting with the colleague next to her.
After lodging a complaint with Singapore SATS, they did not bother inform anything to me, I had to visit airport * times, causing a huge amount of monetary loss and a huge amount of mental trauma, resulting in completely spoiling my vacation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
