I travelled in Spicejet from ajmer to Bengaluru via Delhi on **Dec**.I had checked in one baggage weighing *kgs.My checked in baggage was marked for receipt at Bengaluru.After landing in Bengaluru, I did not receive my baggage and filed a missing baggage complaint with the spicejet baggage section staff who assured me that luggage will be sent by courier to my home in Bengaluru. The next day I received my baggage in completely damaged condition.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
