To whomsoever it may concern,
I've had a very unfortunate experience with your airlines yesterday on my flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru AI *** dated *nd Jul ****. Booking reference MJP*PH, Ticket Number: *** **********.
I had checked in two hours earlier and once we landed to Bengaluru - we realised that my luggage never got loaded to the airplane.
When I tried asking the authorities for plausible reasons, I was told, “Probably the aircraft got overloaded.” That is an extremely deplorable way of answering to a customer who's just lost their luggage for a *-day trip.
I've tried my best to contact everyone and haven't received too satisfactory a response. This has been an extremely horrifying and distasteful experience.
It has been almost ** hours and I still have no update on where my luggage is.
I urge you to look into this effective immediately.
I'd atleast like my luggage back before my trip gets over, especially over such an unreasonable excuse of “it not being loaded to the airplane”
