VIP - Baggage Damaged

On the *th December I travelled from Bali, Indonesia to New Delhi and after the departure I checked my trolley bag and that was damaged due to negligence of staff and that time I mate to officials of vietjet and lodge my complaint and they provided copy of the complaint and after that I contacted many time for my compensation but they only assured me but now they not compensate to me and even not picked my phone calls .
