complaint regardingthe replacement of my VIP bag under warranty.on **th of may i submit the bag to wholeseller shop at ramnagar uttrakhand. and on ** rd may **** i receive an sms from VIP side. the bah will send for replace and will contact once received. (ref no is ******)
Till the date, now its almost ** days has been over now, neighter i receive any calls or sms nor i receive my product till today.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
