During my Flight from Ahmedabad to Gorakhpur dated **nd Jan-** my trolley bag was badly managed & it’s handle was also broken.
I have registered a formal complaint at Gorakhpur airport (Copy of Complaint form is attached for your reference).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
