Full issue description mail to spicejet many time but no resolution till yet.

Hope you are doing Well!
I had taken flight on ** Aug from Pune to Bagdogra when i land i found my luggage was tired from front i immediately reported this to bagdogra airport ground staff and she told me that nothing can be done from their end ( means Airport staff) the only way to get help is to write mail to custrelations@spicejet.com.
She suggest me to write mail infront of her
She told me to take photos and attached in mail.
I followed her instruction I took photo of baggage and did all thing which she said.
She had also done complaint on Bagdogra airport on ** Aug but she forgot to lock case.
On * Sept I again went to Bagdogra airport I talked with Bagdogra airport Spicejet ground staff they told me that she forgot to locked case on ** aug now they are locking my case, and they told me that only way I get solution is from custrelations@spicejet.com.
You can verify all this thing with ground staff name Anikita
