Falguni filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on Feb 15, 2021
I had travelled from Flight for the first time from Indigo and to the sheer disappointment my bag was completely damaged and not even repairable. On lodging the complaint we were offered the voucher of **** against **** bag on denying the claim they requested for contact details so that they escalate the issue and provide us the compensation. but instead of doing so they generated the voucher and shared via mail with wrong info printed on the same. Request you to kindly assist on the same.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
