Honey filed complaint against Shoes on loose travel company on Jun 4, 2020
Dear team
I hve booked my honeymoon package from the agency called shoesonloose.
As thy have promised us that thy will provide us best support and assistance in any situation so we have decided to go with this agency. As we all know about this worldwide issue of covid ** and due to that everything is shut now so our travel date was **th March and due to the covid ** we have decided to cancel this trip as of now and will wait till things get better and then will plan it again. So regarding the same I write a request to the agency for refund so first thy didn't respond thn I tried to call them after * * attempts thy pickup the call n denied to refund the money having said that airline is not refunding the amount then I decied to take this innitiative so I personally contact to the airline and they said thy are refunding the full amount to every passanger.
And *nd when I confronted them thy said will try to refund and after that I came know thy lied to us about the ticket booking amount the actual price of ticket is *****/- and thy asked me to transfer *****/-
Now it's been more then ** days I haven't received any response from there side and due to this situation we are run out of our savings and money and I m in a urge of money this my request to u all to help me out in this to get my money back this will help me alot right now
And for your reference I am attaching the screenshot of a mail trail.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
