Urbanclap - Bad service from URBANCLAP company

R/Sir, madam,
I booked a repair of stabilizer of AC on application of urbanclap company on *rd July ****. In evening at *, an engineer came to my residence to fix the stabilizer. He was new on urbanclap and truly unprofessional.
He had no tools and even an electrical tape for fixing this issue . I gave him electrical tape for cover the electrical wires. Despite that he started repairing and due to lack of knowledge of fixing stabilizer he damaged completely my samsung AC. A lot of sparks came out from AC. He even doesn't know how to fix a small fuse of AC that you can see in picture sent with this complaint. It was horrible.
I called them for my stabilizer repair , not for damaging the AC. Before this service I asked them to send an experienced engineer but they didn't want to listen. I have all the recordings of telephonic conversation with the senior of URBANCLAP .
My samsung *.* ton AC and stabilizer got fully burnt . After complaining to urbanclap and telephonic conversation with seniors of urbanclap, they told me please book an another service of AC repair, we will fix your AC. But now I m not satisfied with their service .
AC is not working now, it got fully burnt .
Now I want full payment of my samsung AC and stabilizer from URBANCLAP company . they wasted my time, money and appliances. And their behaviour was also not tolerable .
Kindly help me in this matter .
