dear sir / mam,
my name is lokesh kumar & i am using using dishtv dth services from last * months, my account details are as follows:-

dear sir / mam my full on hd add on pack got deactivated on **/**/** & all its channels are not airing right now, but above said pack i.e. full On hd is still active on my dish tv account with titanium & comedy are shown active in my account Pack.
sir / mam, titanium & comedy active pack are automatically activated from oprator side please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
sir / mam, my second issue is that as per trai rules i had created a pack & submitted it through their website on **/**/**** evening, but till now the said pack has not been activated. I have talked to their tele executives several times for it but they always says that the dish tv system is still updated my pack.
sir / mam, i do not know how much time your system takes to activate a channel pack,but its a kind of cable black out for me because i have already paid you for this service & i am not able watch my desired services.
And now the tele executive are saying that my * year pack can not be deactivated or I can choose a pack according to new trai rules.
So, i request you to please resolve my issue asap.
