Mama earth - Bad reactions after using mama earth products

A few days ago I received my mama earth orders which consisted of an Ubtan Nourishing Hair removal Kit with turmeric and saffron for hair removal and growth reduction and Ubtan Ultra Light Gel Oil-free Moisturizer with turmeric and saffron for deep hydration ( Order ID: ***********).
Since mama earth products are always in the hype and many influencers are always promoting them I was excited to try the products. But the moment I applied hair removal cream I experienced an extreme burning sensation and then I washed it off and after few minutes I had chemical burns all over my hand. I was so disappointed and my doctor asked me never to use the product again since it contains harmful chemicals. Even the ubtan gel after applying it on face I had burning sensation and red spots on my face like an allergic reaction. I'm very disappointed with mama earth quality and standard since I wasted so much money and bought the product trusting it. When I tried reviewing these products on mam earth's website they deleted my reviews. I am going to file a complaint against these products Please don't waste your money buying mamaearth products and ruin the skin.
