I have ordered a malai kofta and a laasi from a amar Punjabi restaurant via swiggy. And I have received a bad quality food. Malai kofta was rotten and was smelling very bad. Lassi was half the glass. I have contacted swiggy for this I wanted my money back. Previously two times also received bad for that they had given me my money back. This is the reason they are giving me that this is *rd, so they will not give my money back. This is there mistake that food is bad. Not mine. I have contacted * of there customer care executives and all of them not replying quickly and giving foolish reasons and then closing the conversation without my consent.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
