I had ordered a blanket from myntra. I received it on **th December evening. It was all wrapped in tape and a cheap outer cover. I unwrapped it and found a blanket and rhe blanket cover was all torn. I immediately issued a return request. When the guy came to collect i informed him that the product was received in really poor condition. After that myntra says that the quality check failed and is not issuing my refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
