Zomato food delivery - Bad packing for liquid beverages

Worst experience ever, it was my first and will be last order from McD since I shifted to Navi Mumbai. These guys don’t know how to handover the liquid beverages.. and the big issue is with Zomato the way that guy kept this product and handed over when it spill half... worst experience (McD & Zomato)
We need refund with apology and compensation because We were so awaited for our order. Our order was hot chocolate but its hotness have been gone till order delivered to me.
