Horrible service, on call oyo customer executive told me its a *star property, even told balcony and all is there, but it was a horrible room and amenities, *st i booked hotel in chembur Oyo ***** RK international, there was not light * hours i was waiting outside the hotel calling your customer service, after * hours he shifted me to oyo ****, he told me this hotel is * star property, but it was a horrible room with dirty towel, i have whtapp you all the images, TV was not present, i want refund for this proerpty, earlier i booked so much hotel, did i ever asked for refund?? This time it was horrible, you can cal me on this number i will explain you what happened with me, trust for oyo is finished, my number is **********
