I complained for bad food quality with evidence but they are making excuses in email that this issue is from restaurant side and as they act as mediator they do not take responsibility for such cases. I am really really disappointed by their service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
