EACH TIME SWIGGY SENT BAD FOOD THEY NEITHER REPLACED MY FOOD NOR REFUNDED MY MONEY. THEY ONLY PROVIDE US COUPONS THAT CAN BE USED IN FUTURE. IN THAT CASE WE LOSE CASH OR MONEY ONLINE AND SWIGGY EARNS FURTHER MONEY BECAUSE TO RETRIEVE THE COUPON WE HAVE TO PLACE NEW ORDERS WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS .
