Booking ID: EUAC****. This hotel not good and has some issue. So I explain all this to Oyo after **+ email and social media. First of all Oyo customer care is very worst they don't respond in email and social media. Finally, they informed me that we will refund your money so I asked confirmation (acknowledge) email but they still not send me. They said we send it. I still not received that email. Also, they are not responding to my Facebook messenger and ignore my all messages. Very bad customer support. Please help me. I have attached the proof screenshot.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
