I purchased this product from first cry physical store. The product claim mentions its for use of up to * years of baby age (attached proof) with height adjustment. We have been using the cot in lower most base with maximum depth.

However, my baby who is just ** months old fell down from it and got his head injured. Attached photo shows the toppling even with maximum Cot depth. Fortunately my baby is doing ok but this product poses a life threatening risk to the babies.

We are shocked with the claim company is giving even today for its safe use till * years, where in reality it is safe only for up to around * months. We felt cheated by Firstcry/babyhug in selling their product with fraudulent claim

We are not able to use this cot any more (after ** months of baby age as opposed to the * years which the company claims) as the baby can anytime stand and fall from the cot at night or day.

I complained to firstcry.com via email who directed us to store. The store manager Mr. Vinod and sales executive Mr, Ravinder have not been helpful at all. I have been calling them for last * weeks but they are not able to provide any resolution.

We prefer to get a replacement cot which has sufficient depth for up to * years or else at least the full refund of this product (with mattress cost included).
