I haven't been able to use my credit card since June this year. (when I swipe it says, contact CC)
When I contact the call center, some agent picks up and says i'll solve it and call you back, but i receive no call back.
So I call back and escalate it and the lead says he has solved the problem, but when I go to use the card again, it gives me the same error. Then I wanted to cancel my credit card and refused to pay the annual fees because there was no service fee, why should I pay for no service? this has been going on since October ****. NO resolution yet
