I (Santosh Kumar) carry a family post-paid connection with AIRTEL on mobile number ********* and my parent mobile numbers i.e ********** & ********** are also linked to my account.
Last month On **st November they were travelling to US and I had activated following one time plans for international roaming as per my choice.
*. **** plan on ********** for ** days. ( activated on **.**.**)
*. *** plan on ********** for * day. (activated on **.**.**)
Without my consent, Airtel has renewed *** plan for * more day on ********** last month. I raised a complaint (ticket id : **-*************) last month and explained the issue in detail over telecall also. However, airtel didn’t adjust the billing and I decided to repay it considering it as one time mistake.
To my agony, I received a rude shock along with this month (Dec **) bill, without my consent airtel has again activated *** daily international roaming plan on ********** for ** days and inflated my monthly bill to Rs. ****.
I would like to submit that I have not requested for any renewal of international roaming packs apart from above mentioned durations and hence Airtel cannot bill me the international roaming packs. Airtel should have informed the customer of such charges immediately after activation. I consider this as completely unethical and illegal.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
