I foreclosed my Loan on **rd May'**** with Lazypay but Again an Auto - Debit was made on my Account on **nd June ****. I sent an Email to your team informing them that an Amount of INR-****(Rupees One thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-five Only) has been Debited. They Raised a Ticket Number and Suggested me to wait.
I waited for * weeks and I spoke to an advisor who informed me that A Ticket has been raised and advised me to wait.
Since then I have been following up and they are not telling me how long I have to wait to resolve this issue. Instead, they Put me on Mute and then Hang up.
I have a list of the last few advisors who I spoke to. They Hung up on me after listening to the Issue. When I ask for a Supervisor Call, They Just give me a missed call.
They tell me every time that I don't have a choice but to wait for infinite time.
It has been a disappointing experience for me. It's really disheartening.
I have been following up for the past *.* months & grievance Department is not Helping. You are my Last Hope
