Delhivery - Attitude of the delivery boy

I have a complaint to file against the delivery boy as he has no ethics and patience with his duty. Instead of doing his work like a normal delivery boy. He is shouting and showing tantrums to the customer and it’s not acceptable. It is understood that his work is tiring but that’s what he chose and should learn to deal with that. When he called me , he was angrily asking me about my address without even looking at the details and I told him about the address and asked him to read properly because the instructions has been given so clearly. This is a huge problem as a lot of customers do not know about the procedure to give feedbacks henceforth the delivery take advantage of it and show reckless behaviour. Kindly hoping for a positive change.
