Call center representative had given wrong information about VISA and sold us itinerary as BOM-HYD-SIN-DPS as on **/**/**. We reached HYD at *:** PM and the next flight from HYD was at **:** PM. But we were not allowed to board the flight. I called to call center of Goibibo explaining the situation. And asked them to arrange the last flight of the day (At **:** pm) via Kualampur where VISA was not required. But they have wasted all time in verification and we lost that flight too. Their verification process took almost * hours. Finally they have provided flight which was next night (as on */**/** at **:** pm) and sent me new tickets at *:** AM. We were stuck at Hyderabad. They asked us to rest at some good hotel and they will reimbursed all expenses during that stay. I asked them to make all arrangements; but they denied and assured reimbursement. It was raining heavily at Hyderabad and we were not knowing anyone there. The whole night my husband was trying to contact some hotel which could be in our budget. Finally we could get one availability and left from airport at *:** am. Whole night we suffered at HYD airport arguing with the team, finding for the flight options and searching for stay. Even the next flight they had arrange for us was delayed by ** hours.
Since we have returned, I am chasing them for reimbursement. But there is no reply from Goibibo team. Every time the call center representative and supervisors assures escalation of the issue and call back from management within *-* hours. But no one calls back. Only I get Service request numbers; which are not even traceable.
