i applied for new connection, they said ****/- we take amount for the new connection brief-****/- for router ***/- for plan and ***/- for installation but i said on your site in term and condition page they mention there is no charges for installation but they charging me overcharged amount and they said if I'm did not paid the amount then they did not provide me a new connection

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
